For any calls made on your phone line, you will be able to view these within your portal but this data is not real time in the sense that as soon as make a call it appears on the un-billed list.

If you have a SOHO or Business (WLR) line with us, calls usually appear within 24 hours of being dialled as BT Wholesale are very quick in generating the call data files we get with that data. Normally it is no more than 3 days.

If you have a Talk Surf (MPF) line with us, calls usually appear between 3-5 days of being dialled as Talk Talk Business are bit slower in generating the call data files we get with that data. Some calls can appear a little later still when they are reverse charge or premium rate.

These can be found within your portal by viewing your packages, selecting the service for the line rental (either WLR or MPF) and then using the calls menu on the left hand side. Our guide will help you locate that if you are having trouble finding it.
