Some banks offer cash back or financial incentives when paying by Direct Debit for telecommunication services.
They identify these payments by the unique reference that is attached to the mandate holder, known as a SUN (formerly a OIN).
If you need to register your services with the bank, please give them our SUN which is 299288 and unique to us. Payments will appear on your statement as "uno Communications" or "uno Comms" depending on how your bank truncates the descriptor.
