Ring Back uses your phone to call back a busy number when it becomes free. It can keep attempting to call a busy number for up to 45 minutes.
To use Ring Back, when you receive an engaged tone press 5, this will then attempt to redial the number you called and on connection will call your back.
Ring Back is not compatible with international numbers or most switchboards.
