Anonymous Call Reject blocks all calls from withheld numbers. The caller will hear a message informing them why the call was blocked.
Callers with "unknown" numbers will not be blocked, as the caller has not made an attempt the withhold their number. "Unknown" numbers are most commonly from international numbers.
